- Free UK returns are available within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in resalable condition, and securely packaged.
- After the 14-day return period, we can only offer exchanges. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or faulty item claims after 2 months of the order date.
- Free returns or exchanges are not available for international customers. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Please ensure items are packaged securely. If your item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, we can only refund 50% of the value.
- Returns are usually processed within 3–5 working days of being received. Please allow 7–14 working days in total for your return to reach us and be processed, especially during busier periods. You will receive an email once your return or exchange has been completed.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, cocktail shakers, or water bottles – even if unopened.
Exception: Our pain-free ear cuff can be returned or exchanged. If it doesn’t fit, try pinching or widening the hinge first, as this usually adjusts the fit. - Jewellery returns must have the security sticker intact. If it is removed or tampered with, the item becomes non-returnable and will be sent back to you. Additional postage charges may apply.
- Sale or Pre-Owned items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, due to their discounted and discontinued nature.
- If your order arrives damaged, send your order number and a photo to and we will arrange a replacement or return.
