- We are happy to announce that we now provide FREE returns for members within 7 days of receiving their order - providing the item is unused and in resalable condition.
- We can only offer exchanges for orders after that 7 day return request period. We cannot accept any faulty claims, returns or exchange requests for any orders after 2 months.
- We are sorry but we do not offer free returns or exchanges for international orders outside of the UK at this time. The customer will need to cover the international shipping costs if they wish to return their item.
- It is crucial that your order is wrapped in very secure packaging as postal staff often mishandle packages. If the item arrives back to us broken, we can only issue 50% of your refund.
- Returns are usually processed as soon as we receive them back. This usually takes between 3-5 working days and longer during the festive period. You will be notified personally by email when we have processed your request.
- We are sorry but we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchange requests on earrings, cocktail shakers or water bottles for hygiene reasons, even if claimed to have not been opened or removed from the packaging.
- We have the right to refuse a jewellery return if the security sticker has been removed or tampered with as this renders the product void and non-returnable. If we receive a void jewellery return, we will resend this back to you and we may charge for any additional postage. There is no circumstance where we would accept a return with a void security sticker.
- We are sorry but all items within our PRE-OWNED | SALE collection are non-exchangable and non-refundable due to the heavily discounted price and the lines being discontinued after they sell out.
- If you are not happy with the finish or quality of your item, we value your feedback and we will arrange a replacement or return for you. Please do let us know before leaving a review so we have the chance to make it right.
- We make an effort to package our products in secure packaging, however, occasionally, postal staff can mishandle parcels. If your order arrives damaged, please send us your order number and a photo to enquiries@nikitabyniki.com and we will organise a replacement for you.
