We offer free next day delivery for UK orders over £30 (otherwise our standard shipping is £2.50).

If you are based in the UK and choose the free shipping option, your order will be sent via our Amazon Shipping service and should reach you in just 1-2 days, depending the time you placed your order.

Your order must be placed before 2pm for it to be packaged and dispatched on the same day to reach its destination within this time frame. 

This service generally applies to working days, however Amazon Shipping usually delivers on weekends also.

We offer shipping all over the world (with some exceptions) using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Our international deliveries usually take only 5-12 working days, depending on the destination.

We mainly ship to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia and many other countries.

Our international shipping rate varies from £10-£20, depending on the country.

There are a few countries that we struggle to deliver safely to, so have had to exclude them from our checkout.

Tracking information for your parcel will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

You will receive regular updates by Amazon Shipping/Royal Mail and be sent dispatch and delivery notifications via email.

If your parcel is showing as delivered and you do not yet have it, please allow 1 or 2 more days for it arrive incase there was a human error by our courier.

If you have entered the wrong address at the checkout it is important you let us know ASAP so we can amend this for you in time. Please contact us below.

If you have entered your address incorrectly and your parcel has already been dispatched, we would need to wait for Royal Mail/Amazon Shipping to send this back to us, which can take 1/2 weeks. We are happy to send your package again free of charge. We suggest to place a new order in the meantime and we will refund the original order when we receive it back.

If Amazon or Royal Mail attempt to deliver a parcel when no one is home, your delivery driver will leave a 'something for you' card or leave your parcel in a safe place.

Please follow the instructions on the card to arrange a re-delivery, it is the customers responsibility to arrange this.

If your parcel is unable to be re-delivered, your order may then be returned back to us. We will reach out to you via email and will offer to send the parcel again free of charge, or offer to cancel and refund your order for you.

If this happens a 2nd time, we will have to ask the customer to pay the additional shipping costs to attempt a 3rd delivery.

Please note, you can use Amazon / Royal Mail's online service to choose a safe place for your parcel if you are not home.

We make a conscious effort to check all items and package them carefully in secure packaging, however, orders can occassionally be mishandled, especially during busy periods.

If your order arrives damaged, please send us an email with a supporting photo to enquiries@nikitabyniki.com and we will send a replacement right away.
