We dispatch our orders quickly, within 1 working day, so it is very likely to be on its way to you.

This does not include weekends, so if you placed your order on a Friday evening for example, we will not be able to dispatch this until the next working day, which would be the Monday.

We include tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email should you wish to check your order's whereabouts.

If you chose the free shipping option, please allow up to 4-5 working days for this to reach you incase there are any delays in your local area.

Please also check for a red calling card from Royal Mail incase there was an attempted delivery whilst no one was home. If the delivery was missed, it is the customer's responsibility to collect the parcel from the local post office or arrange and redelivery online.

Our jewellery is made to fit women of all sizes.

• Our chokers can be fastened as small as 29cm and we have a 10cm extendable chain to accomodate all other sizes comfortably.

• Our necklace designs feature dainty pendants to suit everyone. We also have an unusually long extendable chain so our customers can sit their necklaces anywhere between 16" and 20" depending on preference. Please see image below.

• Our rings are mostly adjustable or we have a detailed sizing chart on the product listings to further guide our customers.

Over the years we have taken on feedback regarding measurements that didn't suit our customers and have immediately made changes. It is important to us that we are an inclusive brand with designs that are comfortable for everyone.

Yes, we can change this for you providing we have not yet dispatched your order.

If you order has already been dispatched, we will need to wait for this to find its way back to us via the postal system. We will then resend this back out to you and cover the shipping costs for a second time. This can take 1-2 weeks.

Alternativley, if you need your parcel right away, we suggest to purchase the item again with the correct address information so we can ship this for you as soon as possible and when we receive the original parcel back to us, we will refund this in full.

If a resident at the incorrect address accepts your parcel, there is very little we can do. We would advise customers to visit the wrong address to personally retrieve the parcel.
